Employee feedback from the Trust Index® Survey revealed high levels of trust in leadership, with employees citing fairness, transparency, and approachability as defining traits. These perceptions contributed to Drychem’s overall score of 84 per cent on the Great Place To Work Model.

This approach ensures that decision-making is informed by on-ground realities while fostering a sense of inclusion and respect.
